Hardware Warranty RMA Process

All customers who are under warranty or qualifying annual maintenance contracts may avail of hardware test, repair and replacement services. The process for filing RMA is as follows:

Before starting, please establish warranty status - If you are unsure of your warranty status, raise a ticket (or call) to support inquiring about the status.

  1. Raise a support ticket describing the hardware problem. Note the ticket number. This will act as your reference for RMA in all future correspondence.
  2. Inventum engineers will advise if your hardware is indeed faulty and also provide you RMA confirmation and shipping information within the  ticket response.  
  3. Download the RMA form
  4. Complete the RMA form and upload the same to the same open ticket as part of a response. If you do not have a scanner, you can also fax or mail the document to Inventum.
  5. Wait for Inventum support to advise on when & how to ship the hardware. Please ensure you pack the hardware carefully, protecting against transport damage. It is a good idea to also waterproof shipments by using plastic wrap. Inventum will not be responsible for any damage. 

For updates on your RMA, you can monitor the relevant support ticket which shall be kept updated by Inventum.
